All prices are in Mauritian Rupees (MUR). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a refund if payment has been made.

Orders are accepted only after payment has been verified and the item is available.

We accept offline payments via Juice by MCB.

- Send us your transaction reference number or proof of payment.
- Orders are processed only after payment verification.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Mauritius. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
8. Returns & Refunds
Return Period
Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery or collection.
No returns or refund requests will be accepted after 24 hours, except where required by applicable law.
Return Conditions
- Item must be in the same condition received.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 24 hours.
- Items damaged through misuse.
- Clearance/final sale items.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after inspection. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours.
